Please be advised that pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-18-71 a research fee not to exceed the hourly rate of the lowest paid, full time employee capable of researching the requested information may be associated with your request. In addition, there may be a cost of $0.10 per page for copies and $1.00 per disc or tape used for your request. Documents and materials are to be picked up from the Webster County Sheriff’s Office located at40 Cemetery Rd. Preston, Ga. 31824. You will be contacted when your information is ready.
